These Terms of Service govern your use of DocToHub. By using DocToHub, you agree to these Terms.

What DocToHub does

DocToHub lets users connect Google Docs with HubSpot to load, draft, create, and update HubSpot marketing emails. Users can also retrieve HubSpot CRM personalization token metadata and insert supported tokens into a Google Doc.

Eligibility and account responsibility

You must have the right to use the Google account, Google Doc, and HubSpot account you connect to DocToHub. You are responsible for your use of DocToHub and for ensuring that you have permission from your organization or clients to access and modify HubSpot marketing emails.

User responsibilities

HubSpot and Google services

DocToHub integrates with Google Docs and HubSpot. Those services are operated by their respective providers, and your use of those services is governed by their terms and policies. DocToHub is not owned by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Google or HubSpot.

Email content and review

DocToHub helps move email draft content between Google Docs and HubSpot. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, branding, links, personalization tokens, unsubscribe settings, compliance, and final approval of any email you create, update, publish, or send.

Availability and changes

DocToHub may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Fees and billing

Some DocToHub features may be free during beta or testing. Paid plans, billing terms, refund rules, and cancellation terms may be added before or after commercial launch. Any paid terms will be presented before purchase.

Intellectual property

DocToHub, including its design, software, branding, and website content, is owned by DocToHub or its licensors. You retain responsibility for and ownership of the email content and documents you create, subject to any rights held by your organization or clients.

Disclaimer

DocToHub is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocToHub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or email sending errors arising from your use of DocToHub.

Termination

You may stop using DocToHub at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe there is misuse, a security risk, a violation of these Terms, or a legal requirement to do so.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page.
